Proud Mommy Moment

Today I went to my oldest son's Middle School, where they had a breakfast for those students who earned gold card honor roll for the first time. There were over two hundred forty five 7th and 8th graders who had achieved this honor (they had to obtain a 3.6 GPA or higher for the first quarter). The gym was packed with kids and parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and siblings to honor all of these students. It was very exciting when our son's name was called and he went up to receive his certificate of achievement. We took a picture, which I will post later, of course :-). Way to go!! We are proud of you, son!!
